SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION FOR HIDE-A-WAY LAKE STUDENTS

(NOT AFFILIATED WITH HIDE-A-WAY LAKE CLUB, INC. OR ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS)

A 501 (c)(3) non-profit public charitable corporation

PURPOSE

Purpose for which the Foundation is formed:

a. To promote the qualities of responsibility, accountability and good citizenship to graduating high school students in the Hide-A-Way Lake Subdivision, Pearl River County, Mississippi.

b. To provide financial assistance to graduating high school students living in the Hide-A-Way Lake Subdivision, Pearl River County, Mississippi to assist them in furthering their education and career plans.

c. To encourage graduating high school students equally in careers through college education or by attendance at trade schools, or trade related employment (apprenticeship).

HOW

If you wish to assist to provide scholarship funds to students, your donation in any amount will be greatly appreciated. All donations are tax deductible. You will receive an acknowledgment of your tax-deductible donation for your records.

By attending/participating in our fund-raising events in the fall and spring, you will be contributing to the scholarship fund.

Please complete the donation slip with your name and address. (Slips are available in the link below or in the HAWL Office.) You can either give your donation to any foundation member or mail it with your name and address in a separate envelope to:

All these questions and more are answered in the Scholarship Application. (Applications are available in the link below or in the HAWL Office.) Work on the scholarship requirements begin at the start of the school year and are awarded after the school year is complete.
